EVA foam roll: continuous sheet material for high-volume production

EVA foam roll is supplied as a continuous length, which removes the seam problem that sheet goods create. Die-cutting, layering and thermoforming all run without interruption, so throughput rises and scrap falls. That is why fabricators and brand owners running multi-thousand piece programmes usually start with roll rather than sheet.

Density, thickness and roll length

Our standard grade runs at 86kg/m³ with a usable thickness range of 1–20mm. Shore C hardness can be tuned from 15 to 80. Roll width and length are configurable — tell us the cut size you need and we will supply a roll sized so offcut is minimal for your process.
